Fr. Rick GintherFather Rick is a native of Indianapolis and a priest for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis since 1983. He has served in parishes in Indianapolis, Tell City, and Richmond, Indiana. He is the past Rector/Pastor of SS. Peter and Paul Cathedral Parish and Director of Liturgy for the Office of Worship, Archdiocese of Indianapolis. He is currently the pastor of both St. Margaret Mary and St. Patrick parishes in Terre Haute. Father Rick has earned a B.A. in History (St. Meinrad College), an M.A. in Biblical Studies (Mount Mary’s Seminary, Cincinnati) and an M.A. in Liturgy (University of Notre Dame). He has been involved in many civic and church organizations throughout his life. He is one of 7 children born to Martin (d.) and Ellen (d.) Ginther. He enjoys pastimes such as reading, music, good food, and rose gardening.
